If you are involved in an accident - either your fault or someone else's - you have the right to have your vehicle repaired at a Body Repair Centre of your choosing.
Why do your insurance company not tell you this? Well, it's a rather convenient way for them to save money on your vehicle repair by sending it to a site that doesn't necessarily meet the required standards.
Vindis Group Bodyshop - situated in Swavesey, just off the A14 - is an approved repairer for Volkswagen, Audi, Skoda, Lotus and Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles. We undergo rigorous training and audits to ensure that when your car is in for a repair with us, it is subject to the same exacting standards as when it visits one of our dealerships.
Not only that. Vindis Group is BSI Kitemarked - one of only a few Bodyshops is East Anglia to achieve this prestigious certification - meaning that we adhere to the strictest of quality standards.
In addition to the above, Vindis Group Bodyshop is also approved to carry out work by a number of the major insurers including Norwich Union and NFU.
And like some of the other Body Centres out there, we don't simply take your car off the road and lend you a 'Smart' Car to drive until the repair is done. We recognise the importance of Our Brands and so all of our customers are provided with Volkswagen Group vehicles as Courtesy Cars.
All of this means that, should you be unfortunate enough to be involved in an accident, then a simple call or visit to us is sufficient to get the problem sorted, safe in the knowledge that we care as much about your car - and your health and safety - as you do.
