Fundamental to the new concept was offering Trade Parts Customers the level of service traditionally only offered to those within the dealer network, whilst also providing a level of buying power not previously enjoyed by these customers.
The new pricing structures mean that every Volkswagen, Audi, Skoda, SEAT and Volkswagen Commercial Vehicle should always be fitted with genuine Volkswagen Parts.
