Audi A6 Allroad Quattro Available for UK Order in Febuary 2012

The latest version of the Audi A6 allroad quattro is expected to reach the UK this spring. Audi have made some adjustments in the fuel economy area, so while the A6 still packs the power of its predessesors, this latest version delivers more in the efficiency department.
Attractive, Practical and Robust Design
Resplendent in its exclusive Java Brown finish, the new Audi A6 allroad quattro has been built with strength and speed in mind. A fifth of the body work is made from aluminium components that provide great strength but reduce the weight compared to previous models by up to 70 kilograms. The new A6 is just a little higher than the Avant and its long wheelbase allows for both passenger comfort and decent luggage storage. The boot, as is, offers a storage space of 565 litres, but this can be further extended to 1,689 litres by folding down the rear seats. Other features also maximise the A6 allroad quattro's luggage packing abilities such as a double loading floor, tensioning straps and a load securing kit.
Extensive Array of Features
Audi have equipped the new A6 with a impressive array of features, including: interior LED Lighting, four-zone automatic air conditioning, adjustable seats with ventilation and masssage functions, panoramic glass roof, windscreen projected headup display, remote start up and central locking, in-car internet access, voice controlled hard drive based navigation system, retractable eight inch in car monitor, mobile phone preparation, radar-based adaptive cruise control, active lane assist, night vision assistant, park assist system with 360 degree display and a 15 speaker Bang & Olufsen Advanced Sound System.
Three Powerful Engine Options
A choice of three high performance, 3.0 Litre direct injection, turbocharged V6 engines are available for the new A6 allroad quattro; two TDI options and a TSFI petrol unit. Of the two TDI units, the entry level is a 204PS model with a torque value of 450Nm. This unit achieves a thrifty fuel economy of 46.3 mpg and a CO2 output of just 159 grams per kilometre. The higher level TDI is a 3.0 TDS 245PS with a torque value of 580Nm. The last engine, the 3.0 Litre V6 TFSI is capable of dealing 310PS with a torque value of 440Nm. This engine can take the A6 to a top speed of 155 mph, taking only 5.9 seconds to go from rest to 62 mph.
Confident Allroad Handling at an Affordable Price
The A6 Allroad Quattro is equipped with both torque vectoring and a permanent four wheel drive system which ensures a confident drive on challenging terrain. With adaptive air suspension the A6 also delivers comfort and the choice for the driver to raise or lower body to suit the driving surface. Priced at around £43,145 the A6 Allroad Quattro is attractively priced considering the full package, and a reduction of fuel consumption by 20 percent on previous models ensures drivers will start to recoup some of their costs as soon as they start to drive it.
In conclusion, if you have a passion for getting off the beaten track, the new A6 Allroad Quattro will enable you to indulge your desires in security and comfort.
