Construction begins on Bentley Cambridge
A new chapter has begun in the life of both Bentley Motors and the Vindis Group, with construction of the much anticipated Bentley Cambridge dealership now underway.
Those fortunate enough to have glimpsed the development on Milton Road, will bear testament to the fact that it already embodies the elegance and luxury that Bentley represents.
Operations Director, Jamie Vindis, said, “The Vindis Group opened its first dealership in Sawston, Cambridge, in 1960. Since then, we have worked hard to maintain the core values of a family business, whilst expanding and developing to meet the needs of new and prospective customers. Bentley Cambridge will be the 20th Vindis Group business but our pride in introducing it to the community is as great as it was in 1960. We are delighted with the positivity and support this development has already received from the local community and are pleased to have begun the recruitment process for the new Bentley Cambridge team.”
It seems only fitting that a marque dating back to 1919 should find a home in this city, with both Bentley and Cambridge renowned for their rich history; and commitment to both traditional and innovative methods.
The spacious showroom will offer customers the opportunity to view new and pre-owned models from the Bentley product range; whilst the state-of-the-art new workshop will provide facilities for both servicing and maintenance.
Customers visiting Bentley Cambridge following its launch in January 2012 can expect to experience the same high standards of customer service found in all Vindis Group dealerships.
Marketing and Operations Manager, Victoria Stubbs, said, “Our approach to sales and marketing is very simple. We don’t try to fit a customer’s lifestyle into a particular vehicle, we find a vehicle that will accommodate the customer’s lifestyle and let the product speak for itself.
