When Mr Howard booked his Golf TSI into Sawston Volkswagen, he was not expecting to be welcomed at the door by a Booking Clerk with in-depth product and technical knowledge.

Mr Howard was so impressed with the standard of customer care he received from Emma Harris that he felt moved to contact Volkswagen UK's Press Office.

Mr Howard has over 40 years of motor-industry experience himself so was confident in saying, "Never in all that time did I come across such a well-informed and technically competent service representative as Emma, who knew what I wanted, advised me intelligently and accepted all my decisions without question."

Emma joined the team at Sawston Volkswagen at the beginning of 2011 and has already established herself as a hard-working and reliable employee, with a loyal customer base.
