A new face at the helm of Ducati Global Sales and Aftersales

Ducati see a change in figurehead as Fabrizio Cazzoli is appointed Ducati Global Sales and Aftersales Director. He succeeds Francesco Milicia, who, after making a significant contribution to Ducatis growth across a variety of leadership roles, is taking on a new professional challenge within the Group.

Claudio Domenicali, CEO of Ducati, commented:

I am very happy to welcome Fabrizio to the Board. Fabrizio is a true Ducatista. He spent the early years of his career in Borgo Panigale and then gained direct experience across several markets, giving him a deep understanding of what makes the Ducati experience unique and special. This is particularly important at such a complex time for the market. Everyone on Ducatis Board knows him well, which will allow him to settle into the role quickly. I would also like to thank Francesco Milicia. Throughout his many different roles at Ducati, he has always achieved outstanding results and built a very positive relationship with his people, demonstrating remarkable leadership skills.”

Cazzoli’s wealth of Ducati experience

A passionate member of the Ducati family, Cazzoli began his career in logistics before progressing into increasingly senior commercial and international leadership roles. His career has included leading Ducatis Japanese subsidiary and a long spell at Maserati, before returning to oversee strategic markets including China and the UK. These experiences have equipped him with a strong international perspective and the strategic expertise needed to drive Ducatis continued global success.

In his new position, Cazzoli will lead Ducatis worldwide Sales and Aftersales operations, defining and delivering the brands commercial strategy across 86 countries. He’ll oversee Ducatis 13 national sales companies and an extensive network of independent distributors, while maintaining close relationships with the entrepreneurs and partners who represent the brand around the world.

Sales Strategy, Planning and Business Development, Commercial Aftersales, Service, CRM, Customer Experience Excellence and Dealer Training will also report to him.

On his appointment, Fabrizio Cazzoli said:

Taking on the role of Ducatis Global Sales and Aftersales Director is a great honour and a responsibility I embrace with enthusiasm. Ducati is a unique brand, capable of combining innovation, performance and passion. Together with my colleagues and partners in our sales network, we will continue to work to further strengthen the brands presence worldwide and offer increasingly engaging experiences to our clients and enthusiasts.

Strengthening the Ducati brand

As part of the leadership transition, Cazzolisprevious responsibilities across the UK, Ireland, Sweden and Norway will be assumed by Sara Falzolgher, Ducatis Marketing and Communications Director. Drawing on her extensive international experience within the company, she’ll lead the UK subsidiary with a focus on continuing its successful growth and further strengthening Ducatis presence in this key market.

These appointments reinforce Ducatis commitment to recognising and developing internal talent while ensuring strategic continuity. By building on the expertise of an experienced leadership team, Ducati are well positioned to continue their global growth and deliver the innovation and passion that defines the brand.
