The Leon comes in SE, SE Dynamic, FR and FR Sport trims, with the SE riding on 16-inch alloy wheels and featuring LED headlamps and LED taillights. It’s also equipped with an 8.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system, which offers full Android/Apple smartphone integration.
The latest-generation model features a practical five-door body, with rear doors that are wider than ever, thus affording easier access. An air-conditioned five-seat cabin is the perfect size for long-distance travelling and, since the Leon comes with a maximum five-star Euro NCAP crash-test rating, it’s a very safe car indeed.
Depending on which grade you choose, a 1.0-litre/1.5-litre petrol engine returns between 46.3mpg and 52.3mpg, and produces CO2 emissions from just 123g/km.
