Prior to delivery our fully qualified technicians give all VolkswagenApproved Used cars a comprehensive workshop inspection with over 100 individual checks, followed by a road test as well as a status check to validate vehicle history, mileage and check for outstanding finance. We’ll even provide a copy of the report when you collect your car. Rest assured all service work has been completed if due within 6 months.

• Service  history checks

This certificate details your car’s entire Approved Used retailer network history, for example routine servicing work. It also verifies the cars identity and status of the warranty.

Independent vehicle history and mileage tests

You can be sure of your car's history. We check the vehicle identity and match it with the DVLA registration. We also verify that there are no outstanding finance arrangements on the car, and that the mileage is correct.

30 day/1,000 mile 'no quibble' exchangepolicy.

If for any reason, you want to change the car - maybe you have second thoughts, or it doesn't fit in your garage you may be able to exchange it for another of the same price (or higher, with you paying the difference), as long as the vehicle is returned in the same condition as when it was collected and the retailer you bought your car from has an available vehicle in their stock.

At handover, you will receive a battery health certificate for extra peace of mind. All of our fully electriccars are covered by a manufacturer warranty that covers battery degradation to 70% over a period of 8 years or up to 100,000 miles from first registration, whichever comes first.
