Terms and Conditions

*All genuine parts come with a 2-year warranty, provided the replacement part is an exact match for the original.

• Quotes must be from a VAT-registered garage with a UK Standard Industrial Classification (UK SIC) of 45200 – Maintenance and Repair of Motor Vehicles, and be within a 5-mile driving distance of the participating Vindis Authorised Repairer's premises.
• Quotes must be provided in writing (printed or email) and use only genuine manufacturer parts. Part numbers and oil specifications must be detailed. Oils and lubricants must meet or exceed the manufacturer's specification for your vehicle.
• The quote must be on a genuine like-for-like basis for identical work. We reserve the right to verify this.
• We will only price match genuine quotations available to any member of the public at the garage's advertised rates and not those subject to special offers or negotiated discounts.
• Servicing and repairs must be carried out in accordance with the manufacturer's guidelines.
• Tyre quotations (including VAT) must include fitting, valves, balancing and disposal charges.
• Tyres must be of identical specification, including size, brand, pattern, load index, speed rating and manufacturer markings.
• Quotes must be presented to the participating Vindis Authorised Repairer within 30 days of the original quote being issued and before any work has commenced.
• Quotes from internet retailers are excluded.
• Offer is available to retail customers only.
• Excludes fleet servicing, maintenance and repairs, Accessories, Merchandise, Bodyshop work and AdBlue® fluid.
• Offer valid until 30 September 2026 and may be varied or withdrawn at any time. Available only at participating Vindis Authorised Repairers.
