Grey skies may have greeted us, but they certainly didn’t dampen the atmosphere as business customers joined us for our third annual Corporate Golf Day at Peterborough Milton Golf Club on Thursday 4 June.
With a full 18 holes to relish, guests enjoyed a day that blended friendly competition, valuable conversations and the chance to step away from the office for a different kind of networking.
Before the opening tee shot, attendees were welcomed with a hearty breakfast in the clubhouse lounge. A huge thank you goes to the team at Milton Golf Club for their warm hospitality and for providing the perfect start to the day.
Throughout the course, there was no shortage of memorable moments. From impressive drives to perfect putts, players embraced the spirit of the event, while a series of friendly competitions added an extra edge to the day. Congratulations to all of our prize winners, including those who mastered the ever-popular ‘nearest the pin’ challenge!
Away from the fairways, our guests also had the opportunity to explore a curated line-up of vehicles from across the Vindis range, with Škoda, Volkswagen ID. Buzz and Audi models on display. These provided the perfect backdrop for conversations around fleet solutions, finance options and the benefits of business leasing.
This year’s event also brought together representatives from multiple brands within the Vindis Fleet team, giving guests the opportunity to speak with our specialists in a relaxed setting. Whether discussing future fleet requirements, exploring funding options or simply catching up with familiar faces, the day created plenty of opportunities to build new connections and strengthen existing relationships away from the usual working environment.
While the heatwave decided to sit this one out, the rain kindly stayed away long enough for everyone to complete the course and make the most of a fantastic day together.
Our Corporate Golf Day continues to grow year after year, and it was a pleasure to welcome so many businesses for another enjoyable day on the course. Thank you to everyone who joined us and made the event such a success.

We have commercial arrangements with lenders and credit brokers which are likely to influence who we introduce you to. We are not an independent financial adviser and don’t give you any advice or recommendations. It is your choice whether you enter into any finance agreement.
Our approach is to introduce you first to the manufacturer lender linked to the franchise offering you the vehicle. They will usually offer the best available package for you, taking into account both interest rates and other contributions (but we do not guarantee they do). If they are unable to offer finance, we then seek to introduce you to someone else on our panel. We will usually receive a commission for your introduction. This will be either a fixed fee, or a fixed percentage of the amount that you borrow. This may be linked to the vehicle model you choose.
Lenders of vehicle manufacturers may also provide preferential rates to us for the funding of our vehicle stock and also provide financial support for our training and marketing. But any such amounts they and other lenders pay us will not affect the amounts you pay under your finance agreement. Before we propose you to a potential lender, we will tell you of the likely amount of commission we will receive and seek your consent to receiving this commission. The exact amount of commission will be confirmed before you sign your finance agreement.
